Merry Christmas

Trying to get Cooper to pose for a picture is next to impossible. I thought maybe Dexter would help but he was just as distracted. We had a wonderful Christmas Eve at home with my family this year. Cooper was excited to open all the presents he had been shaking for a month. Jason and I were strong this year and made him wait. Thank you for all the wonderful gifts. He will be busy.

More leaves.....

Jason and I are trying to remember racking this many leaves last year, they seemed to have doubled. They have provided many hours of entertainment for Cooper & Dexter.

Cooper's first time ice skating

We took Cooper ice skating for the first time today. Our first stop was at the hockey store to pick out a helmet and then skating. He wasn't really a fan. The part he enjoyed is when Jason skated up to the glass and hit his helmet on it. He finally got a smile out of him. Fair warning everyone no more playing hockey on the driveway. Bring your skates.

Halloween

I am in my thirties and have never carved a pumpkin. This was my first attempt.

Buzz Lightyear was not into Halloween this year, his party at school earlier in the day was enough for him. Grandpa & Molly helped us convince him to put the costume back on and to trick or treating.

Our first stop

We made it to six houses before he wanted to go home. He enjoyed all of his hard work. He eats dinner every night knowing there is a bowl of candy waiting for him.
