Who do I look like?

I have been meaning to do this for a few months. I got a good laugh looking back at old photos. Everyone says Cooper looks like me, but I think he looks like his dad. I found a great picture to compare. He definitely has his dads eyes and crazy hair

I think he has a little of me in him but it is really hard to find a photo of me alone. I think he looks like my twin  brother. I couldn't find any other photos of me at 3. We were the last two born, they say you take less photos the more children you have. I guess this is true in my family. 

State Fair here we come

Cooper and I cashed in his piggy bank today. We are ready for the MN State Fair. I asked him what he was going to buy and he said a corndog. Jason would have been proud, he is now a seasoned pro.

Dexter

We finished one of the guest rooms in the house. Dexter is enjoying every moment of it. He lays on the bed all day looking out the window and napping. I try to keep him out of there but he takes advantage every time the door is open. He has a rough life here!

It was a beautiful day to have Cooper's birthday party outside. Everyone made it with a few construction detours. Cooper had a fun day. He managed to stay up all day without a nap. On Sunday he took a 4 hour nap to recover. Thank you everyone for the fun day!!!

Cooper is 3

Cooper comes up with the funniest things to say, this was one of his recent ones. Cooper "Mommy there is a pocket in my undies". He will appreciate this picture in a few years. Yes there is candy in his pants.

He prefers most days to only have underwear on. You know he likes you when he strips down at your house! 

Another funny thing he has said to me is when I asked him if his belly button is turning into an outie he looked at me with a serious face and said " No Mommy a flower is going to pop out"

He likes to play in his play room now, this is where I found him the other day with all of his friends

Jason has retired his duties to Cooper. He loved helping me peel the apples.

We have mastered Candy Land. I think Cooper is stacking the deck when we play he seems to always win. 

Cooper and I went to his 3 year check up the other day he weighs 29 lbs and is 36 3/4" tall. He is still on the small side, in the 25% range.
